ASCEND is an AI-powered automation suite designed to help users generate, schedule, and publish content to Pinterest. We provide tools to create images via AI, generate SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, and export or publish these directly.

3. User Obligations and Account Security

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Pinterest API and Third-Party Services

ASCEND interacts with third-party platforms, specifically Pinterest. Your use of ASCEND must comply with thePinterest Community Guidelinesand Pinterest Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any account bans, shadow-bans, or restrictions imposed by Pinterest due to your usage of generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

The images and textual content generated by the AI within ASCEND are provided for your commercial or personal use. However, the software, design, branding, and underlying code of ASCEND itself remain the exclusive property of Khawaja and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASCEND, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
